What style of yoga do we teach?

A strong sense of balance Vinyasa style promotes stillness in yoga poses, as well as stillness in your mind. As your balance improves you’ll also notice the strengthening of your muscles and improved flexibility and overall muscular control, as well as a greater body awareness.

Our Beginners Vinyasa classes for new yoga students. Vinyasa, means linking breath with movement. In this program you will learn the fundamentals of Vinyasa flow in a safe, supportive environment.

Vinyasa classes associate postures with breathing in a freely flowing sequence. Students of all levels are welcome in both our Slow and Fast Flow  Vinyasa.

Strong, core focused, long holds of the postures, this yoga style uses Ashtanga inspired posture. It has many benefits including building internal heat, increased stamina, strength, and flexibility, as well as stress reduction.

Yoga sequence that combines both Vinyasa and Yin Yoga. By combining both practices, this two-part class encourages you to open your heart to positive energy with a warming Vin flow, then focus on the deep connective poses of a Yin flow.

YIN + BREATH MEDITATION BREATHWORK MINDFULNESS FOCUS

In this class you will start with a very grounding meditation practice where we focus attention on the mantra as we breathe into each energy centre, moving the focus to the body parts, followed by the practice of three breathing techniques and finsh off with resorative postures of yin yoga.
